Typing

• Transcription of correspondence, notes, invoices etc from either audio, or handwritten originals
• Transcription of dictated reports, taped meetings, police station PACE interview tapes etc
• Copytyping hardcopy originals and formatting
• Formatting text into Powerpoint presentation

£25 per hour

Specialist Transcription, i.e. police station PACE interview tapes

from £1.25p per 72 word “folio”

Minute Taking

• Attending daytime or evening/weekend meetings, taking notes and transcribing minutes

from £20 per hour plus travelling costs

Admin

• Proof Reading
• Document Formatting, included

£20 per hour

NB Special rates are available for registered charities.  Please do not hesitate to ring to discuss.

Media accepted : digital sound files (dss/wav); mini, micro or standard C90 cassettes, or even old fashioned handwriting!

Methods of delivery :

You can send your work by post, by e-mail, or if you’re local (Herts/Essex) we can even collect it from you!

We also have “Log-me-in” and “Citrix” capabilities enabling us to access your computer remotely if necessary so, for example, we can amend documents before your eyes while we talk through the changes you require, or can collect documents from, or enter information onto your own system direct.
